Guarantee of Satisfaction
We are so sure that the products we offer will delight that we offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If any item from Tjapukai is found to be unsatisfactory for any reason at all we will refund, credit, or replace, on return of the item to us. In the case of any items which may prove to be faulty, we will pay for return freight in full. It’s very rare, however If in the event you should receive any part of your order damaged then please retain the packaging and the item and please notify the Gallery Manager immediately via e-mail on GalleryManager@tjapukai.com.au or retail@tjapukai.com.au and then I will advise of what happens next.
Payment
We recommend payment by any major credit card which can be specified on the order form at time of ordering. We accept payment from Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Card, Bankcard and JCB. If you do not wish to send your information via our secure server, you can fax, post, or email your details to us. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars. Some banks and credit card companies do not process an international transaction on the same day that the transaction takes place, so if the exchange rate changes in that time, the price in another currency may vary slightly. The currency converter on our site will give you an approximate price. We also offer PAYPAL
